The elevated concrete deck over the north wing will be poured on Monday.
There is a possibility that the north slab on grade will be poured on
Thursday. Both of these pours will require after-hours work to
complete. This has been communicated with the City of Clayton. Access
for both of these pours will be from the east gate on University. Please
see the attached letter outlining the anticipated schedule for the
remaining concrete pours. Steel erection west of the commons area and
roof decking of both classroom wings will begin this week. Exterior
framing, sheathing and waterproofing will continue on the south
classroom wing. Fireproofing in the basement will also be completed.
