  • CHS PTO 2017-2018 Annual Donations

    When you contribute to the PTO, you directly support all of the students and teachers of Clayton High School.  Your dollars can make an impact on your child's education and our learning community.  There are suggested amounts but any amount is welcome, and you may designate it for whatever single or multiple categories that you wish by selecting the amount from the drop down menu, click "add to cart".  To donate to multiple categories, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the donation form.  If you prefer not to pay online, please click here to download the 2017-2018 CHS PTO Donation Form.  Please print this form, complete it and return with your check (made payable to CHS PTO) to CHS PTO, #1 Mark Twain Circle, Clayton, MO  63105.  All gifts are 100 percent tax deductible and eligible for your employer's Matching Gifts program.  Thank you for your support!

     Funds for Excellence:  $75 Suggested.  Any amount is welcome.

    We greatly appreciate your donation whether it is $100 or $5.  The CHS PTO financially supports curriculum enrichment and community building programs that all students enjoy:  special events, new technology, scholarships, speakers, special events and competitions to name a few.  Your financial support is vital to the variety and continuation of enrichment programs offered at CHS.

  • PTO Annual Donation: $25 suggested. One donation requested per family.

    The PTO Annual Donation subsidizes parent - focused programming such as grade level Parent Connections events and educational speaker events. These unencumbered funds also support student initiatives that come up throughout the year. One CHS Buzz Book is included with your donation.  Additional copies are $3.00 and available AFTER Open House.

  • STAFF APPRECIATION: $25 Suggested. Any amount is welcome.

    Throughout the school year, volunteers work at Staff Appreciation meals including Open House Dinner, Fall and Spring Conferences Dinners, the Holiday Luncheon, and the End of Year Luncheon.  If you have a busy schedule, but want to express your thanks, your donation will help make these events even more special for our outstanding CHS staff.

  • AFTER PROM: $25 Suggested.  Any amount is welcome.

    JUNIOR and SENIOR parents are asked to consider donating toward the AFTER PROM celebration.  PTO volunteers staff this event and provide a fun, safe environment for our Juniors and Seniors after the dance.

  • CARE FUND: $10 Suggested. Any amount is welcome.

    This fund, created in Spring 2016, is to help cover the expenses of student needs for things like eyeglasses, non-academic counseling, etc.  These funds are directly passed on to the CHS Principal and Counselors, who determine the allocations.

  • Additional Donation toward Paypal service charges:  The CHS PTO absorbs all Paypal fees for online donations.  Please consider an additional donation of $3 to help us offset these fees.
