Jane Klamer, President

Jane Klamer attended the University of Virginia where she obtained a B.A. in Studio Art & Religious Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from the Saint Louis University School of Law and has worked as an attorney for Anheuser-Busch, the May Department Stores Company, the St. Louis Redevelopment Authority and was also in private practice. Jane was elected to the Board in 2006. She currently serves as the Board representative on the SSD Governing Council, the Clayton Recreation, Sports and Wellness Commission and the City's Economic Development Committee. She and her husband, Mark, have a son at Clayton High School and a daughter who is an alum of CHS.
Susan Bradley Buse, Vice President

Susan Bradley Buse received her Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Susan is a retired partner of Armstrong Teasdale, LLP. She was elected to the Board in 2007. Susan currently represents the Board on the Parents of African American Students Committee, the Clayton Connection Committee and the Clayton Ecology and Environmental Awareness Committee. She and her husband, Paul, are the parents of four, with a son and daughter at Clayton High School and two sons who are alumni.
Brad Bernstein, Treasurer

Dr. Brad Bernstein has a Bachelor's degree from Washington University and a Doctor of Medicine from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is the Head of Group for the Specialists in Anesthesia, P.C. He previously served on the Board from 1998-2007 and was elected again in 2010. He is a Board representative on the City of Clayton's Parks and Recreation Committee and the Economic Development Committee. He and his wife, Moira, have a daughter at Wydown Middle School, son at Clayton High School and daughter who is an alum.
Kristin Redington, Secretary

Kristin Redington received her Bachelor's in Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Communications from Washington University in St. Louis. She has worked in the communications field in Boulder, Colorado and for HOK Architects in St. Louis. Kristin was elected to the Board in 2011. She currently serves as the Board liaison for the PTO Council, Clayton Connection and the Clayton Education Foundation. She and her husband, Jim, have a son at the Family Center, a son at Glenridge Elementary and a daughter at Wydown Middle School.

Sonny Buttar is a graduate of Saint Louis University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Eastern European Studies and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Saint Louis University School of Law and currently works as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Patriot Coal Corporation. Sonny was elected to the Board in 2005. Sonny and her husband, Joe, have two sons at Glenridge Elementary School and a daughter at Wydown Middle School.

Darryl Higuchi holds both a B.A. in Biology and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University. He has worked for the past 35 years in the field of medical research and currently serves as a Lab Manager in the Division of Rheumatology at the Howard Hughes Medial Institute at Washington University. Darryl and his wife, Debbie, have three children, two daughters who are alums of Clayton High School and a son who is currently a fifth grader at Meramec Elementary School.

Omri Praiss attended the University of Michigan where he obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law. Omri is a partner with Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP. He was elected to the Board in 2005. Omri is a Board representative on the City of Clayton Parks and Recreation Committee and the Clayton Recreation, Sports and Wellness Commission. He and his wife, Julie, are the parents of a daughter at Wydown Middle School, a son at CHS and a son who is an alum.
