Glenridge Elementary Read-A-Thon winners enjoy lunch with Mayor Linda Goldstein for reading the most minutes in their grade. This year, the Glenridge Read-A-Thon broke participation records with 190 students participating, raising more than $9,400.
Glenridge Elementary students program a robot using Lego Mindstorms. Gifted Specialist Sharon Slodounik received a grant from the Clayton Education Foundation to purchase the Mindstorms equipment, which helps to expand student thinking and apply their knowledge through hands-on experiences with robotics.

Kindergarten through 5th grade student art work is currently on display in the art hallway, the library, the cafeteria, and the front foyer of Glenridge Elementary. The display will continue through the month of February.
