Continuing Education is the term used in Clayton to mean the ongoing internal professional learning events that are offered to Clayton staff. These offerings are usually held after school, to lessen the impact on classroom instruction. Topics for these offerings are developed by the PDC and the PD department based on the district PD Needs Assessment, curriculum goals, building goals and other district needs that arise out of CSIP goals or from the evaluation process. The offerings are coordinated and arranged by the PDC and PD department and listed in AllofE for staff to register.
