Online Athletic Trainer and Sports Medicine
Dear Clayton Athletes and Parents:
Starting this school year, athletes participating at Clayton High School must provide the Athletic Trainer with their current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information. Clayton High School will be using a new system called SportsWare Online, an online data entry system, to expedite this process.
This new system allows the athletic trainer immediate access to our athlete's medical history and contact information in case of an emergency, and also allow coaches/ parents to check on an athlete's participation status anytime.
