LEVEL III STUDENTS
Matrix that includes of the following data:

WISC IV GAI of 135*(Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) (General Ability Index)
Achievement on nationally norm referenced achievement test in Communication Arts (Reading) or Mathematics
Gifted Behavior Rating Scale with commentary

*A score of 133 or 134 may qualify a student based on achievement test results.

LEVEL III SERVICES
Levels I and II services, plus:

Gifted Specialist direct and collaborative services
Flexible grouping based on specific talent or content strengths to provide advanced instruction
Extended individual or small group research projects with emphasis on advanced themes or topics
Pull-out sessions with Elementary Gifted Specialists
Middle School Exploratorium Courses
High School Case Study support
