Welcome

Dear Ralph M. Captain Families,

All members of the Ralph M. Captain Community are considered learners - students, faculty, and parents.  Our school is a child-centered environment in which ALL students are seen as individuals. We provide learning opportunities that enable students to transfer their knowledge to varied contexts. We want our students’ learning to last a lifetime. The school is dedicated to the achievement of our diverse population by focusing on differentiation.

Our faculty is proud of its partnership with the parents/caregivers of our students. Parents have many opportunities to volunteer their time and enjoy doing so. The Parent Teacher Organization continually seeks avenues to raise funds, which are used to enhance learning, sponsor students, and sustain events.

Use this website as an opportunity to learn more about our school community. Our structures and routines continually evolve with the input of our stakeholders.

Sean Doherty
