School facilities are generally
available for evening rental from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and prior to
8:00 am. only if it does not interfere with the preparation for or the
actual school day. The period during which a facility may be used is stated
on the permit and must end at the terminal hour indicated. Only the spaces
specified in a permit may be used. Unauthorized use of areas or equipment
will be cause for revocation of permit.
When schools close because of snow (or because of other serious problems),
they will be closed for the entire calendar day. Facilities reserved for
after-school use will not be available. To find out whether Clayton
