Rental fees will not be charged to any school-sponsored/affiliated
organization. (#1 and #2 in the proceeding rank order.) However, a nominal
rental fee to cover operational costs (heat, lights, etc.) and custodial
service will be charged to all other groups in accordance with a schedule
established by the administration and reviewed annually by the Board of
Education. For special and/or public programs the board may consider waiving
the fee, or may accept services-in-kind subject to review and acceptance
of the Facility Review Committee.
