    INJURIES INCURRED ON THE JOB ARE NOT COVERED BY STANDARD INSURANCE. INJURIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION TO BE IN EFFECT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN NO COVERAGE OF THE CLAIM.
