    Each CHS student experiences core literature titles through intensive literature study at each grade level.  Sharing a common body of literature enriches students, creating a shared set of experiences in our literature community.  Teachers supplement the following core literature titles with both long and short texts such as additional novels, poems, essays and short stories.
